: Ethical approval was obtained from the Marie Stopes International Ethical Review Committee application ID 001–016 and Nepal Health Research Council application Reg.no. 89/2016. Posters informing patients of the study were hung up at each participating Sunaulo Parivar Clinic in Nepal. Providers were trained on how to use these posters to obtain informed consent from patients and subsequently obtained this consent for all de-identified patient data included.
