: The study mentioned above received approval from the ethics board committee of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (IR.SUMS.SCHEANUT.REC.1400.101) and was conducted according to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. In the first step, the research’s purpose, importance, and necessity were explained to the participants. Both groups were then given questionnaires before the educational intervention. It’s worth noting that the participants signed the informed consent form before the intervention. We obtained informed consent for illiterate participants from their legal guardians. They were also assured that their information would be kept anonymous. The study did not result in any financial, physical, or psychological harm to the participants.
