: The ethical approval was obtained from Debre Berhan University, Asrat Woldeyes Health.Science Campus Institutional Review Board (IRB- 102, and approval period from May 8/2023 to May 8/2024.) before its commencement. In addition, an official.letter of permission was obtained with from Debre Berhan Compressive Specialized Hospital before the data collection begins. The data collectors gave the interviewees an explanation of the study's purpose, benefits, risks, discomfort, and right to withdraw or refuse at any time for any reason before the interview commenced. Due to the secondary nature of the data, we were unable to obtain direct informed consent from each participant and the nature of the study is not clinical trial; however, we attempted to obtain consent from the hospital administration, and participants' privacy and confidentiality were protected during data collection. Because the individual's identity was kept hidden, the survey responses were anonymous. There was no consent given from the institution review board committee for waving. Unfortunately the hospital was given an oral consent to waive it and it was done.
