In relation to adherence to the ethical requirements of the University of Oxford, this work complies with Approved Procedure 4 (AP4), which outlines how to manage the use of questionnaires or interviews that may include questions about sensitive topics. All data collection was carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic and thus used virtual methodology to maintain full social distancing.
