Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study has been registered with the Australian and New Zealand Clinical Trial Registry (Trial ID: ACTRN12617001035314).Ethics approval has been obtained from the Children’s Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CHQ-HHS) (approval number: HREC/17/QRCH/124) and The University of Queensland (approval number: 2017001073/HREC/17/QRCH/124).Written consent will be obtained by parents or legal guardians of children between the ages 8 to 18 years wishing to participate in the study. Concurrently, written assent will be obtained from children.
: Participants will provide written consent for their data to be used in publication. Further written consent will be gained by participants in deidentified images will be used in publication.
