: Ethical and research governance approval was obtained from all relevant Ethics and Governance committees before commencement of the research. (Child and Adolescent health Service Ethics Committee, reference RGS3220 (for all sites) and Western Australian Aboriginal Health Ethics Committee reference HREC 920 (for all sites)). Written, informed consent will be obtained from all participants or the parents/guardians of minor participants before participation in interviews, focus groups, QoL tools or enrolment of children into the study. Parents/guardians may provide verbal consent if recruitment occurs via telephone for the nil-intervention group or if COVID-19 restrictions are implemented and such approval has been provided by all ethics committees. All data will be managed according to NHMRC research standards.
