: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.This study was approved by the Kanazawa University Medical Ethics Review Committee (approval No. 1842–1). The authors certify that they have obtained the required patient consent in writing. In the consent form, the patients provided consent for their images and other clinical information to be reported in the journal. However, consent was not applicable because the patients’ personal information is not reported in this paper.
