: The NHIRD files contain de-identified secondary data, and encrypt patient personal information to protect privacy. Informed consents from the participants are therefore waived, which does not affect the rights and welfare of the participants. This study was also approved by ethical review board of Kaohsiung Medical University Hospital and was performed according to Declaration of Helsinki guidelines. (KMUHIRB-EXEMPT (II) 20160016).
