: The proposed project was approved by the Central Ethics Research Committee of the Quebec Minister of Health and Social Services (# CCER-20–21-07). This trial was also registered online (clinicaltrials.gov). Participants will be allocated an individual trial number, which will be used to code the data and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Written informed consent to participate in the study will be obtained from each participant.The findings from this study will be disseminated in a variety of ways, including abstract, posters, publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at conferences. Members of the study team will have publishing and authorship rights in accordance with International Committee of Medical Journal Editors requirements for authorship. On completion of the study, and after publication of manuscripts, data requests can be submitted to the primary investigator (MF).
