: This study was carried out after obtaining ethical approval from the Arba Minch University institutional research ethics review board/IRB (Ref.no: IRB/1118/2021; Issue date: 14/06/2021. To prevent COVID-19 transmission, all precaution measures were applied. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects and their legal guardians. All the information obtained from children was held with confidentiality and used only for the intended purpose. After the children were identified with flatfoot, parents were contacted through the school authorities, and the children were referred to visit the Arba Minch physical rehabilitation center (AMPRC). We confirm that all methods were performed following the relevant guidelines and regulations.
