: Human cartilage samples were obtained during total knee arthroplasty. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University (the approval No.:2019YX260), and each donor had given informed consent for the experiment. All animal experiments were approved by the Institutional Animal Welfare Committee of Shanxi Medical University (the approval No.: 2016LL083).
