: Approvals from the Institutional Review Board of An-Najah National University and the Ministry of Health were obtained to carry out the current investigation. Before the interviews, all study aspects were discussed in detail with all patients and we confirmed that their confidentiality is secured. After that, verbal consent was obtained. The <i>IRB of An-Najah National University</i> approved only verbal consent. Because we did not collect any identifying information during the interview and our study did not pose a major risk to participants, An-Najah National University’s IRB waived the requirement for written informed consent.
