: Ethical clearance and permission were obtained from the research ethics review committee of the college of health science at Debre Tabor University. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. The study was conducted with informed written consent obtained from each participant, and data collection was conducted confidentially. The study participants were informed about the various procedures in the data collection process, as well as the fact that they might withdraw from the study at any moment if they so desired.
