: Sprague Dawley rats were purchased from the animal center of the Genetics Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China (Certificate Number: SCXK-PLA 2012–0004). All animal experiments were conducted after an approval by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee at the Academy of Military Medical Sciences Institute (Beijing, China; approval no. SYXK2014-0002). All methods were implemented in compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations. All methods are reported in accordance with the ARRIVE guidelines for the reporting of animal experiments, and comply with the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) Guidelines for the Euthanasia of Animals (2020).
