: All patients included are informed about the per-operative concerns, postoperative sequelae, and possible complications. Young people over 16 years as well as parents or legal guardians of participants under 16 years old were asked to sign informed consent agreements. The protocol design was discussed and approved by the Neuroscience Research committee at the Faculty of medical Sciences, Lebanese University on 5th February 2019 (Ref. Nb.: 16/2/2019). All procedures performed in this study were in accordance with the relevant standard guidelines and regulations. The manuscript adheres to CONSORT guidelines.
