: Ethical approval was obtained from the Human Research Ethics Committee at the Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran (IR.SBMU.RETECH.REC.1394.884). Informed consent was taken from all the participants. For students involved, informed consent from a parent and/or legal guardian was obtained in the study. There was an emphasis on maintaining privacy in keeping and delivering the information accurately without mentioning the names of the participants.
