: This study received ethical approval from both the Institutional Review Board at King Saud University (E-19–4493) and Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University (PSAU2020011), ensuring adherence to ethical standards and guidelines for research involving human subjects. All participants provided informed consent prior to their inclusion in the study. The objectives, procedures, potential risks, and benefits of the study were explained to each participant both verbally and in written form. Participants were given ample time to ask questions and ensure their understanding before signing the informed consent document. Participation was entirely voluntary, and participants were informed of their right to withdraw from the study at any point without facing any repercussions.
