: The animal study protocol was approved by the Scientific and Ethical Review Committee of Fujian Medical University (IACUC FJMU 2023-Y-04103 March 2023). This study was conducted in accordance with Animal Research: Reporting of In Vivo Experiments (ARRIVE) guidelines. Prior to euthanasia, anesthesia procedures were performed in Tricaine Methane-sulfonate (MS222) solutions as recommended for zebrafish (0.16 mg/ml). Then the euthanasia of zebrafish larvae was performed by placing the fish in an ice-water mixture for 30 min.
