: In this study we encountered the limitations of the sample size and those associated with the environmental conditions of air renewal or movement within the room.Due to the design of the study, we did not discriminate between the different procedures included in orthodontic revision appointments. No previous studies on environmental particles in an orthodontic practice prior to or during the current pandemic have been found in the literature.Laser devices, such as the one used, show greater measurement inaccuracies when measuring smaller particles. Consequently, we can expect larger errors in the measurements of these particles.
