Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Full ethical approval was obtained from the Non-Invasive Subgroup of the Research Ethics Committee of the University of Liverpool (RETH000583).As agreed by the ethics committee, written consent was not taken for participation in the baseline study, but implied by completion of a questionnaire. Written consent was taken to contact participants for follow-up. When presenting the questionnaire to attendees at events, care was taken not to put them under any pressure to participate.
