Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The NILT survey is anonymous and ethical approval for the surveys is in place from the School Research Ethics Committee (SREC) at the School of Social Sciences, Education and Social Work at Queen’s University Belfast. Ethical approval for the qualitative phase was obtained from Ulster University Nursing and Health Sciences Ethics Filter Committee (31st Oct 2018). All participants signed a declaration of consent for phase 1 and 2 of the study.
