: Ethics approval for this experimental protocol had been obtained from the Ethics Review Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka (ERC/FOM-SUSL/2021-A-07-10). Informed written consent to participate and publish data have been taken from each respondent. There was no intervention involved in this study but rather gathering of data from respondents which were done according to the Declaration of Helsinki and the approval of the above ethics committee.
