: IRB approval was obtained from the ethics and research committee at School of Nursing at the University of Jordan. In addition, approval for participation obtained from all other participating universities. Before data collection a cover letter on the front page of the questionnaire containing the inform consent to participate in the study, a description of the study purpose, expectations, significance and contact information to access the investigator and the participant’s rights, which was signed by each participant. The participants inform consent was obtained, and signed too.
