Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Tarbiat Modares University of Medical Sciences (IR.TMU.REC.1396.659). All procedures were in accordance with the ethical standards of the Regional research committee and with the Declaration of Helsinki 1964 and it later amendments. After explaining the study’s purposes, written consent and verbal assent were collected from all participants and women were informed that their participation were voluntary, confidential, and anonymous, and were apprised of their right to withdraw from the research at any time.
