Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Ethical clearance was granted by the Research Ethics Committee at the Department of Psychology, University of Oslo (Reference Number 24798801). Participants were presented with information about the research project on a separate information sheet and on the front page of the questionnaire. It was made clear that the participation was voluntary. Informed consent was obtained by participants filling out and returning the anonymous paper-and-pencil questionnaire by mail in a prepaid envelope. They were asked to only complete and return the anonymous questionnaire if they consented to take part in the study, and that the returned questionnaires could not be traced back to the participants. The ethics committee approved the procedure.
