: Ethical approval was obtained from the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Ref 2019-03947) and the study was carried out in accordance with the ethical principles for medical research involving human subjects addressed in the Helsinki declaration. All participants were given information about the aim and the procedure of the study, the voluntary nature of participation, and the possibility of withdrawing participation at any time without further explanation. They were informed that there would be no financial compensation for participation. Written informed consent for study participation was obtained from all subjects. Consent from parents was not required according to the ethical approval as participating teenagers were 15 years or older. No research members were involved in the care or counseling of participating women. All transcripts were decoded so participants could not be identified. Codes for identification were stored separately from transcriptions on high security data servers, only available to the research team.
