: The study was carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations of the Helsinki declaration of medical research ethics [CitationRef removed]. The study involved human participants and ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Health Research Ethics Review Committee of Haramaya University, College of Health and Medical Sciences (Ref. No. IHRERC /035/2022). The College of Health and Medical Sciences sent letters of support to the designated kebeles where the study was done. After receiving all approval documents from the appropriate body, the study participant signed informed voluntary, written, consent. Codes were used to ensure the confidentiality of study participants. Participants were also told that they had the freedom to decline participation or withdraw from the study at any moment. For illiterate participants’ informed consent obtained from parents or legal guardians.
