: The study protocol (protocol number: 2020–10-004AC) was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Taipei Veterans General Hospital. The requirement of informed consent was waived by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Taipei Veterans General Hospital due to the reasons as following: First, the data is too large and hard to connect to each patient. Second, this study poses low risk of harm to the patients, and only collects the administration data anonymously for research purpose. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
