: Ethics approval was provided by the Population Council’s Institutional Ethics Committee (Protocol 938). Informed consent procedures were followed. The lead author explained to participants the study objectives and the research process as well as the risks and benefits and reminded them that their participation would remain anonymous and that their names would not be mentioned in any published materials. Verbal consent was obtained from all participants (as per their preferences) with the presence of two community workers. The use of verbal informed consent of participants in this study was approved by the Population Council’s Institutional Ethics Committee. The lead author who moderated the FGDs also reminded participants of their right to withdraw at any moment. For participants under age 18, an informed consent was acquired from their parents/legal guardians prior to participant’s assent. All participants were also provided with written information about the study. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations (such as the Declaration of Helsinki).
