: This study protocol was approved by the Ghana Health Service Ethics Review Committee (GHS-ERC008/07/22). Participants who had formal education and could read and write were directly given informed consent form to sign. before they participated in the study. Those participants who did not have formal education and could not read and write, interpreters were contacted for read and interpreted the inform consent to these participants for them to understand and thumb printed on the inform consent form before participating in the study. Participants who were below 16years informed consent were sought from their parents or legal guardians before they participated in our study. We confirm that all methods in this study were carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
