: The Office of Human Research Ethics provides the regulatory and ethical oversight for Human Subjects research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The Office of Human Research Ethics manages the Institutional Review Boards which serve to protect the rights and welfare of human subjects.This is an observational, retrospective study using existing data from electronic medical records. There was no intervention or contact with patients, therefore informed consent was waived by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Office of Human Research Ethics and Institutional Review Board. This study and its respective protocols were approved by the Office of Human Research Ethics and Institutional Review Boards (Protocol Number:17–2728).
