: We confirm that any aspect of the work covered in this manuscript that has involved either experimental animals or human patients has been conducted by strictly following the guidelines as approved by the ethical committee of Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan (Letter No. QAU-PHM-017/2016 for the animal care and Letter No. QAU-PHM-023/2016 for experimentation; Dated 24/10/2016) for this study while blood sampling from healthy volunteer was also approved by Institutional Review board of Quaid-i-Azam University (Letter No. IRB-QAU-116; Dated 4/11/2016).
