Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval was obtained from the Medical Research and Ethics Committee (MREC), Ministry of Health Malaysia (NMRR-16-2474-32261) and MREC JKEUPM, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM/TNCPI/RMC/1.4.18.2) before data collection. An informed written consent was obtained from respondents prior to the study.
