: This study was designed according to the Declaration of Helsinki principles. The informed consent was obtained from the all parents and/or legal guardian of all adolescents before participation in the study. The protocol of this study was approved by the Research Council of the Islamic Azad University on April 23, 2019. The image of the relevant page is sent from the dashboard of the University Research System, which unfortunately is not entirely in English. The date of April 23 is related to the final approval of the University Research Council and the date of February 24, 2019 is related to the approval of the Faculty of Pharmacy. Since no human or animal samples were used in this study and all data were aggregate and secondary data, so according to internal SOPs of the Islamic Azad University, the University Research Council did not refer the study protocol to the ethics committee. Actually, they consider the Research Council Approval as the last in the process. The public access to the database used in this article is closed, and corresponding author received administrative permission to assess data.
