Ethical approval was obtained from the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Research Ethics Committee [600-IRMI (5/1/6)/REC/289/19] prior to the conduct of the study. Patient information leaflets were distributed in Malay and English language. Written informed consent was obtained from the participants before they were recruited into the study. Participants were informed that they could withdraw from the study at any time if they wish to do so.
