: The School of Biomedical Sciences Research Ethics Committee at Makerere University approved this study (SBS-2023–320). Local officials from Sironko and Bulambuli, including the LC1 chairpersons, granted permission to visit these settlements. The investigators gave the respondents an explanation of the purpose of the study and received their informed consent and thumbprints. Participants also, orally, agreed to the auto-recording of the discussion and shooting pictures during the study. In order to protect the privacy of the data, the participants were not required to submit their names in any way.
