: The experimental protocol was established, according to the ethical guidelines of the Helsinki Declaration. Ethical approval [No. 102772020RT112] has been obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Shanghai University of Sport. All participants were assured that their identities would be kept confidential, adhering to ethical principles of confidentiality and privacy. They were informed about the details of all treatments and the randomization process through an informed consent form, which they signed to participate in the study. Participants assigned to the control group were informed that they would receive one of three treatments (DT/M/FE) upon completion of the study.
