Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethics permission was granted via University College London Research Ethics Committee (Number 4415/003). Written consent was not obtained because the data was anonymised, as agreed by the Research Ethics Committee who assessed and passed the ethics submission.Participants were emailed the information sheet which informed them that data collected would be anonymous and would be used to inform curriculum development. Participants were informed that if they chose to proceed with the survey, they could choose not to complete any question or part of a question within the survey. Participants could then voluntarily choose to anonymously complete the online questionnaire if they consented.
