Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Category A ethics approval was granted for this project by the University of Otago Human Ethics Committee (reference code: 18/209). Potential participants were emailed an invitation to participate with an information sheet attached. They were informed in the email that completing the survey would be taken as informed consent to participate. The survey and data management were all undertaken in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
