Declarations
:
: According to the regulations of the local ethics committee (Ethical Committee at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Leipzig), with reference to the responsible Medical Association's professional code of conduct (Professional Code Medical Association of Saxony, § 15 Research), an explicit ethical approval is not necessary for studies not infringing the participants’ physical or mental integrity, collecting personally identifiable information or processing DNA material (like e.g. anonymous evaluations in educational context). Accordingly, as the present questionnaire study among medical students was completely anonymous and data not allow any conclusions to be drawn to individual persons, an explicit approval by our IRB was deemed unnecessary. After being verbally informed about the study’s background and anonymity of the data, students completed the questionnaire on a completely voluntary basis.
: Not applicable, as the manuscript does not contain any individual person’s data.
