: Ethical clearance was obtained from the University’s Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) (non-medical) of the university of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, Protocol Number: STA_2020_21. Adhered to the World Medical Association (WMA) Declaration of Helsinki (2013) ethical guidelines, participants were furnished with the information letter highlighting the study’s details and requirements. Participants gave written informed consent by clicking the button on the Survey Monkey after reading and understanding the participants’ information sheet.
