: For the demographics survey, written informed consent was obtained from all participants and confidentiality was guaranteed. For the data retrieved from institutional databases, no individual consent was required in accordance with the national regulations on personal data protection. Based on Article 89 of the Algemene Verordering Gegevensbescherming (General Data Protection Regulation; ExternalRef removed), the privacy office of Erasmus University Rotterdam made an exemption for individual consent since the data were processed for scientific purposes in the public interest (i.e., to improve education), and the data were only analyzed on an aggragated level. The study was carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Exemption from IRB approval of the study was granted by the Medical Ethics Committee Erasmus MC of Rotterdam, the Netherlands (MEC-2019-0735) in accordance with the Dutch Medical Research with Human Subjects law.
