: The Norwegian Centre for Research Data approved the use of anonymized register data for the purpose of quality assurance in higher education (Reference number 911919) and concluded that the task is in the public interest and the processing of data is lawful. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. This study was deemed exempt from obtaining individual informed consent. This, because research conducted in public interest such as for matters of quality assurance in higher education is exempt from the need of informed consent (<i>Personopplysningsloven, art. 6 nr. 1 bokstav e), jf. art. 6 nr. 3 bokstav b), jf.
