: Ethical approval was obtained through the Imperial Educational Ethics Review Process (EERP2122-007) and NTU Institutional Review Board (IRB-2021–499). Participation was voluntary. All questionnaire respondents were provided an information brief on the opening page of the digital questionnaire prior to participation and invited to mark a checkbox if they provided consent; respondents who then chose to partake in an interview were provided with an additional information sheet and provided separate signed consent for this. Additional verbal consent was obtained prior to interview commencement and all interviewees were given the opportunity to review and redact the transcript of their interview.
