: An ethical approval letter was obtained from Haramaya University College of Health and Medical Sciences Institutional Health Research Ethical Review Committee (IHRRC), with the reference number IHRERC/172/2022. Support letters from the university were written to the health facilities involved in the study. Written informed consent was obtained from the participants after they were informed about the study objectives, expected outcomes, benefits and the risks associated with it. The confidentiality and privacy of every respondent’s information were ensured and maintained by using codes instead of the participant’s name. Participants were also informed that they had the full right to refuse participation or withdraw at any time from the research. All methods were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations in the Declaration of Helsinki.
