: MV is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine, a scientist in the McMaster program for Education Research, Theory & Innovation (MERIT) and a member of the Centre for Health Economics and Policy Analysis (CHEPA) at McMaster University. JN is a Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western University and Scientist in the Children’s Health Research Institute. LS is a Professor in the Department of Health Research Methods, Evidence and Impact. She holds the Arnold L. Johnson Chair in Health Care Ethics.
