Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Written informed consent was obtained from all focus group members. The informed consent form described the purpose of the study and the way data would be collected and analyzed. All members were informed that participation was voluntary and that they could withdraw from participation in this study at any moment and without giving any reason. The collected data from focus group members was anonymized and inserted into the concept mapping software with codes not able to trace back to individual members.The current study was part of a larger study, the Euro-MCD Project, for which an advisory statement including “no objection to this study” was obtained from the Swedish Regional Ethical Review Board (dnr 2012/34).
