Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Approval for the study was sought at the Regional Ethics Review Board in Uppsala (Dnr 2016/484). The Board found, however, that according to Swedish Act concerning the Ethical Review of Research Involving Humans (SFS 2003:460) no formal approval of the project was needed, as it did not deal with sensitive personal data or risked impact the participants physically or psychologically. The comments analyzed in the paper were given in a web survey. The participants were informed that submitting the web-survey, or posting the paper-survey, was seen as consent to participation and to publication of results. They were also informed that participation was voluntary and that the answers would be handled confidentially.
: The participants consented to publication when submitting the survey.
