Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval for this study was given by the Myers-JDC-Brookdale Institute. The Health Maintenance Organizations Maccabi, Clalit, and Leumit agreed to the ethical approval given. Meuchedet Health Maintenance Organization agreed to an exemption from Helsinki Committee (No. P-02-07-12-15). This type of approval is given when the questions deal with general perceptions and do not deal with the personal aspects of the participants, such as the case in this study.A written informed consent was not required in in-depth interviews and focus groups. The consent for anonymous recording of in-depth interviews and focus groups was given, as well as the consent to anonymously quote and use their content in this work, and for publication. Emails were sent to all interviewees and focus-groups participants, explaining the research process and a participation consent request. Those who agreed, responded with an agreement email. After agreed, an interview/focus-group was scheduled. During the interviews and focus-groups, the interviewer/focus-group instructor requested once more the interviewee’s/participant’s consent. The participation was voluntary and thus implying and confirming the participants’ consent.
