Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All procedures performed in this study were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. All patients gave their written consent to participate. The surgeons only gave their oral consent as no personal data were stored and they only had to give feedback on the PtDA. The Regional Committees on Health Research Ethics evaluated this study and determined it to be exempt from review (Case no. S-20162000-123). The study was approved by the Danish Data Protection Agency (Registration no. 16/1586).
